Keeping Your Child Safe


A partnership event for parents, carers, family members and all professionals working with children and young people.


Presentations from experts in their field will include:


  • Emerging risks: what challenges do children face in a developing digital world, and how do we support when things go wrong?
  • Sexting in schools: responding to incidents and safeguarding young people
  • Online extremism: what are the vulnerabilities and risks to young people?
  • Young people and their public persona: how digital technology has transformed a generation


All presentations will explore current challenges in keeping our children safe in a digital environment.


The event will be free of charge


Attendees can register for one of 3 identical seminars.
